On the foundation of last year’s event, this educational conference themed “Reshaping The Mindset Of Society” will focus on existing psychologies of Domestic Violence and Abuse (DVA) from evidence-based perceptions of adult & child survivors, perpetrators & society as a whole. Similar characteristics in the context of faith communities will be explored, especially in regard to belief systems that survivors, perpetrators, witnesses, & leaders subscribe to.

To seal the order of the day, plausible solutions & innovative approaches will be offered, in regard to encouraging improved ways of tackling DVA, that give practical shifts in responding to the critical multi-faceted needs of survivors, as well as effectively managing diverse challenges presented by perpetrators.

Our aim is to equip, educate, and empower delegates to, effectively tackle all forms of DVA in faith communities, disentangle some hindrances & barriers commonly found in all other society groups, & most importantly give refreshing hope for freedom, healing & restoration to adult & child survivors.
