This motivational seminar is a prelude to the national interdenominational training day on the 14th of April 2016. It has been specifically created for those in church & community leadership, & therefore open to male & female church leaders, and leaders in domestic violence services or organisations. We welcome church leaders to come along with the child & youth workers & pastoral teams from their churches.

The main focus is on examining the best approaches to tackling Domestic Violence & Abuse (DVA) in the church community, from a leadership perspective.

The seminar will be facilitated by educators & senior church leaders who have experience in assisting adult & child victims, as well as give direction on how to work with perpetrators, in the church.

The delegates will also be inspired to become agents of social change in society, especially regarding pandemics like DVA.

The seminar is FREE to attend, but advance booking is highly recommended for planning purposes. Educational literature will be provided. Exhibition tables are available for a donation – please book using the relevant link on the tickets page.

Seminar delegates are invited from Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, East & West Midlands.
